Looking for a new way to exercise that’s fun and sociable?
Always interested in the Performing Arts, or want to get back to it?
Maybe you just want to get out & meet some awesome new people?
We run various Performing Arts & Fitness classes as well as being a highly active social group. We cater for all ages, abilities, genders & sexualities, we don’t care what you look like, who you choose to love or whether you join for fun, exercise or to just to meet people & have fun.
You do not need any previous experience!!!
All of our classes are led by industry professionals and are of a very high quality as well as being fun, friendly, welcoming and affordable. But we pride ourselves on being more than just classes, we’re a community, a family. Sign up for a taster class today and come see what we’re all about.
The point of these classes is not to become a professional performer, although you will learn technique and performance skills, it’s about gaining confidence, improving rhythm and co-ordination, increasing general fitness, strength and flexibility, meeting new people and all while having fun!
Please check our current Timetable for all of our classes.
You can find more information about the classes under the Subjects header above.
On top of the classes we organise regular theatre trips, brunches, dinners, nights out & parties, as well as annual events like our sports day, quiz & boat trip.
We produce our own performances throughout the year for any members who want a chance to show off what they’ve been working on.
And we’re highly involved with the LGBT+ community, through our own Foundation we raise money for various charities & causes.
“I can honestly say that the RNDA classes have become the highlight of my week. No matter what else is going on in my life I make sure I get there as I always know I’m going to have an amazing time, the dancing and choreography is brilliant and every week I experience new things and push myself further than before. I finish every class on a massive high and can’t wait for the next one. My overall flexibility has improved so much and my various bodily-aches that we all have from sitting in an office all day have disappeared (usually replaced by stretched and aching muscles). Alex has created an incredibly warm and friendly environment with a great sense of camaraderie. I would encourage anyone, no matter what your dancing ability, age or shyness to give RNDA a try.
