We run Performing Arts & Fitness classes in a wide variety of subjects, as well as being a highly active social community. We’re currently based in London, Brighton, Manchester & Birmingham. No previous experience is needed, though we do have higher ability levels to challenge everyone and so you can grow and improve. Absolutely anyone (18yrs & over), any gender, sexuality or race, can join and feel connected and seen. We respect, support & care for everyone in our spaces!
All of our classes are led by highly trained and qualified industry professionals, but we understand that as well as wanting to learn and improve you want to have fun. We will always encourage and push you, but we will make sure you’re comfortable, confident and supported. We pride ourselves on being more than just classes, we’re a community, a family.
