Commercial Dance

The term ‘Commercial’ covers a variety of modern Jazz styles like Street, Hip-Hop, House, Twerking, Femme & more. It’s the type of styles you’ll see in music videos and at concerts.
Each class involves an aerobic warm-up and a routine. We’ll often repeat routines so you can build confidence and feel the progress.
We have various optional performance opportunities throughout the year to showcase your progress & achievements.

All classes are inclusive, welcoming & friendly, with an emphasis made on supporting each other, building a community and having FUN.
Suitable for ANYONE & EVERYONE over 18yrs. You do not need any previous experience to join our beginner classes. If you do have prior training then you can join our Intermediate or Advanced classes.

What to wear/bring
You should wear clothes you can move freely in; tracksuits/shorts/leggings, t-shirt/vest, trainers, similar to what you’d wear at the gym.

After class social
We always go for a drink or food after class. Everyone is welcome & encouraged to join!
We understand socialising can be scary, especially with new people, but it’s a big part of what we’re about, and we will do everything we can to make you feel welcome & included. We also find that people who socialise with their class, not only enjoy the classes more but also improve faster.
