Mixed Dance Class

We have now introduced some mixed gender dance class to our timetable.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to come along this class. There are General and advanced levels, so there’s something for everyone.

Our classes focus on modern jazz technique (think about what you see in music videos). However over a term we cover various styles; Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre, Contemporary/Lyrical, Ballroom & Latin, Street/Commercial, Technical Jazz and many more.

Each class involves an aerobic warm-up followed by stretching and strengthening exercises, we do some travelling work (turns, kicks & jumps) and then a routine.

YOU DO NOT NEED ANY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE!

All classes are relaxed & friendly, with emphasis made on supporting each other and having fun.
There will always be a group of people going for a drink after class, so please join them.
