Our ‘Beyonslay’ classes are Street/Commercial Dance classes.
Commercial Dance covers a variety of modern Jazz styles like Street, Hip-Hop, House, Twerking, Femme. It’s the type of styles you’ll see in music videos and at concerts.
Each class involves an aerobic warm-up including stretching and strengthening exercises and then a routine. We’ll often repeat routines so you can go away and practice during the week if you wish.
You will need to wear clothes you can move freely in; tracksuits, shorts, leggings, t-shirt, vest, trainers, etc.
There will be optional performance opportunities throughout the year to showcase your progress & achievements.
Previous Dance training is required for this class! But we do have a Beginners level classes too.
All classes are relaxed & friendly, with emphasis made on supporting each other and having fun.
There will always be a group of people going for a drink or food after class, so please join them, socialise & get to know your fellow class members.
